lover lay down question

hey guys...ive been playing for about a year...i cant seem to get one part of the chorus of lover lay down...the part i cant seem to get the fingering on the part --

the way i play it, with the chord before the one you mentioned(32xx3), i do 3rd finger, 1st finger, and on the B string i place my pinky on the 3rd fret and my 2nd finger right before it on the 2nd fret, so i can immediately switch to 32xx2 which is the next chord, just keeping my 3rd and 1st finger in the same place.
