And LALC is so amazing. I think I enjoy shows more based on whether or not the crowds respond to drug/alcohol references. (if they cheer it annoys me)
i was actually gonna post that same annoyance in the actual 'annoying' thread - what's so special about dave singing about 'burning one?'

If thats bad you should hear the fans for John Mayer. They go crazy when he says "Doesn't that piss you off"

I'm listening to night 2 from Burgettstown 04. Its been a while since I've listened to DMB, and I was starting to forget why I was so into this band and why this show was one of my favorite all time concerts. I now remember why on both counts. LeRoi and Butch are owning right now on Sugar Will, right after a Recently with the Pretty Pretty Girl outro. I forgot how great the guitar riff for the What Would You Say jam, and how Carter owns the drum kit on Too Much. This is nice.

Edit: and Don't Drink the Water is fucking devastating.

I go through stretches like that too Mikey, I'll be listening to a bunch of other stuff for a while, then I'll go on a DMB stretch for a while (currently on one), and remember why I fell in love with the band to begin with. Regardless of what they've become as of late, or what people think they've become, they were (and still are, to a degree) incredibly badass.

was also there. This was like one of the first shows i'd ever been to and what got me from casual fan to hardcore fan. Also what got me into guitar, in tandem with LALC of course
