oh yeah, about that, it doesn't make a bit of sense after i look at it. had a little brain lapse (which is obvious to myself considering i've been through a long day of exams then work after that). what i meant to say was whoever made this dvd, claims that everything about playing dave he learned through these 2 sites. which leads me to believe his videos are a cheap mock of kanter's. so you're paying for something you get here for free. sorry about the late reply.TrippnBill686 wrote:I didn't understand that last one, could you clarify?Dooder wrote:btw...the guy who made this dvd claims that dmbtabs.com and antsmarching.org, so theres no point in wasting money on something you get here for free. in fact, he's probably lurking among us.

This gave me a chuckle, considering recent events in American corporate accounting. Not implying that your dad is crooked, of course.jkanter wrote:My dad is an accountant so you can imagine how he is about earning money when it's not legal.

jkanter... The DVD idea sounds great. I would surely purchase it.
However, not to sound like a bastard, but I am curious whether or not we could debate the songs to be shown on the DVD. For example, I would bet that most people would rather try and learn One Sweet World on the DVD as opposed to When the World Ends... Lie In Our Graves would be a lot better than the Space Between.
Just some thoughts, because it sounds like the DVD production hasn't quite begun yet.

Nope....the songs on the DVD are pretty much set. I need to save stuff for future Volumes(jeez, I'm talking about future volumes...this one has to come out first!). Anyway...this DVD, originally, was a way for peopel to learn DMB songs, BUT I am also doing it to make a profit. I wanted a nice mix of songs that everyone knows....yes, radio friendly songs, and songs that are very hard to play. The DVD is being produced for casual & hardcore fans alike.bakemm wrote:jkanter... Good idea. I would've done it the same way... I also have a suggestion, however. For the future volumes, you should have all but two or three songs set, and then take a poll on the boards to see what songs fill in the empty spaces...Just a thought. I think you'll like it though...jkanter wrote:Nope....the songs on the DVD are pretty much set.
