August Rush "Raise It Up" - help

Pls forgive if this is not the right place... I play guitar and keyboards. And I need keyboard help
for the same reasons Dave is my favorite Aritst - he puts his whole soul in his music - is the reason I'd like you to listen to something and help me figure it out. Cause it JAMZ! Go to youtube and search on August Rush, and select "August Rush 'Raise It Up' Clip" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwWvBcOW5G4). If it gives you goose bumps, then help me figure out how to play it. It is in G minor, and walks from 7th, 6th, 6th flat, 5th (repeat hypnotically) and I'm trying to figure out the bridge. I think it first (from Gm) goes to Cm7, then to D? then back to Gm, then goes off my ability to pick up. Please help!! In listening to this, you will pick up someting that can form the 'gel' that holds an awesome jam with your musical friends!!!
