awful. Does anyone have this concert from Darien Lake...im just gonna keep listening for kicks, but man..now i know what you all mean when you complain about how boyd is off a lot....this whole concert he's been way way way off from anything he should be playing, roi has trashed a bunch of stuff too...if i were dave, carter or stefan id be flipping a crap right about then..anyone know what im talking about?

I don't think this is a valid argument.... he's not a member of a band that pulls in millions upon millions of dollars. He probably has a job, and probably hasn't been classically-trained in violin (as Boyd has). Honestly, I don't know what the problem is (and there is a problem)...perhaps he just doesn't practice? But either way, it doesn't bother me too much. I still love Boyd, despite his fallacies. And he was dead-on for the summer show I was at, so I'm happy :D

actually, im a 17 yr old high school sr whos played guitar for two years. im no pro. also, i love the stuff boyd and roi pull out night to night. im just saying that i finally realized what ppl were talking about when they complain about boyd, this is the first show ive heard where he wasn't right on...yeah some of his solos sound the same, but i guess after this many years you can run out of new stuff
