Singing Dave
So i've been trying to sing and play dave lately and i've found that when i do that, that my emotional *kinda* high kicks in and i can't really focus on both the lyrics(emotionally) and the guitar playing(physically). I'm definetely assuming that i just need to practice more but its really confusing to me. Anyone else go through this when trying to do both?

I would like to say that i just bought a guitar strap and have been trying to play and stand and sing in my little room i have with a stand-up mic. I've been trying to see how it would be like to play a live show, i've done open mic night but i've never stood so its all kinda new in a lot of different ways.

Secondly, I think that having an acoustic up that high is the only feasible thing. That is how I found it easiest play.
The only problem is that I rest my arm too much on the body, so (because my strap goes from one end of the guitar to above the nut) my guitar is always tilting up more and more every strum, and eventually it is like playing a stand-up bass.
I love you oh so well, like a kid loves candy and fresh snow.
