Stay or Leave on Today Show

Did anybody notice during the performance of this song that Dave strings his guitar differently than whats listed on this site? I saw Dave only had the top 2 strings as gold. This site has the top 3 strings as gold. Anyone know the sizes that Dave uses? I strung mine according to the site and its ok, but I'm curious how Dave does it and if it sounds better as a result.

I believe he said that. I think he said dave uses bronze strings only for the top two. I didn't catch the performance, had school, so i dunno

If anyone missed it theres a video download of it on sharingthegroove under the video BT download section. Its a cool performance since its just Dave solo.

Back to the original purpose of the thread....does anyone know what kind of string sizes Dave uses? I realize that just watching the video you can't tell, but any guesses? Or anyone put their guitar in raised b stringing it differently than this site suggests?

The only person that would know what is actually on Dave's guitars is Monk, and I haven't seen any sort of interview or other venue where he has stated what is used.

I know. But I figured I'd ask since someone figured out initially how to put it in that tuning.
