Good book for Music Theory?

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Yo....just 2 days ago i bought guitar grimoire...(grimoire means book of magical formulas) i bought the scales and modes.....A TON OF SCALES....i want to solo more....there are 3 books in the series...i am going back tonight for the one on improv...just go to the borders and look around....there are a ton out there....
