So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Alright -
1. What are your AIM sn's? Incase I ever have questions I won't have to post on boards I could just ask you on AIM. (If you don't mind.)
2. What kind of guitar would you recommend to someone that has just started playing? Something nice, but not too expensive.
3. After Crash what song would you recommend someone like me to play? I have been playing less than a week, let me know!
Thank you!!!

1. If your on aol, and people have that little aim icon under their posts, click it and it will give you their name
2. electronics? I'd go with something like an Alvarez or a Takamine. Those are usually about 200-300 for a "cheap" one. But there's so much stuff out there, just play em all dude..
3. Lie in Our Graves.

Andy gave you some good advices there , also take a note on that not everyone picks up the understanding the same ways as others when it comes to learning songs , so some songs that might seem hard for some people , could be easy for you , so if you like a song , then just keep practicing it until you learn it

If you're eager enough to learn , then you will , all it takes is practice

1. RuttsHutRipper
2. My friend just got a Taylor Big Baby and is very happy with it. I think they're around $300 and they're pretty quality for a beginner.
3. I would also recommend Lie In Our Graves. It's not too hard, is easily recognizable, is pretty satisfying when you actually play it correctly, and people will be impressed because it sounds hard.

As for a guitar, somthing around the range of 300 should be nice... my first was an Ibanez acoustic electric , it cose 313$, and i loved it... so just play a lot of the guitars and dont settle with the 1st one you pick up... find one that fits what you like....
for the song, lie in our graves was one of the 1st i played....but to tell the truth i really just played every single little part of any dave song that i could get down....like the verse to pig, the verse to typical situation, and the chours to trpping billies... just keep playing and dont give up if you cant get somthing right away...... have fun
