today was donnyboo's chest and triceps day, which is donnyboo's favorite day of the week. so donnyboo woke up at noon in a good mood despite being hungover from a long night at the bars. donnyboo made himself a good meal of 4 scrambled eggs, 2 sirloin steaks, 2 glasses of OJ, a bananna, and big protein shake. sup bro loves to hit the protein hard before his big workouts.

After eating donnyboo got in the donnyboo mobile at headed to the gym around 1. as donnyboo walked nto the gym about 5 people said "sup bro" and donnyboo said "sup bro" back to keep his fans happy. as donnyboo was warming up a girl that donnyboo used to bang in 1995 came up to donnyboo and said hi. the girl had gained some weight since 1995 so donnyboo didn't really want to talk her. so donnyboo gave her a friendly smack on the ass to make her feel better about herself and donnyboo knows that she liked it.

after he was done talking to his fans, donnyboo was finally able to get to his workout. sometimes donnyboo gets tired of all the attention that comes with being all county in 1995, but donnyboo realizes that it is a small price to pay for being a living legend.

donnyboo started out with some flat benches. he warmed up with some quick sets of 135, 225 and 275. donnyboo decided to start out his real sets with 325 and pumped out 12 solid reps. donnyboo then threw on two more quarters and did a set of 375 for 8 reps. feeling good, donnyboo moved up to 405 and got 5 reps. by this point the whole gym was watching donnyboo as usual and donnyboo decided to show why he has pecs like no other bro. donnyboo made it 435 and with the whole gym watching he pumped out 2 solid reps. a couple of skinny high school kids came up to donnyboo to ask for advice and donnyboo told them keep working hard becasue donnyboo likes to be a good role model.

donnyboo then moved on to do some incline benches and cable crossovers. donnyboo decided to do a lot of reps so that his chest would blow up like no other. after finishing his chest workout donnyboo pounded his triceps. donnyboo loves looking in the mirror when doing his triceps workouts because donnyboo has tri's like no other bro. by the end of the workout donnyboo was pretty pumped up and looking good as usual.

donnyboo on steroids: when you are all county in 1995 and are as big as donnyboo people are gonna get jealous and accuse donnyboo of juicing, but it ain't true bro. donnyboo is all natural and his key to success is hard work and his grandma's steak and potatoes bro. that's all there is to it bro.
