Unread post by ros41 » Sun Dec 28, 2003 3:34 am

I downloaded Divx but I can only see the video...I hear nothing.

Is there something else I can do?

Thanks,
Chris

Get a set of speakers maybe?

Check and see if they are plugged in? :D

I do have a set of speakers...in fact when the video starts, I hear about one second of sound then nothing, even as the video continues to play.

Thanks for the reply.

Assuming you are running MacOS X, then WMP is here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/window ... fault.aspx

You should also make sure that you downloaded this version of DivX:

Wow... I know very few people who have actually used Mac OS X that don't absolutely love it. I know I do. Five more months until a Powerbook 17" is mine.

It's not bad, its just that I like PC's better, and I am so used to them that it is kind of annoying to find things use frequently on the PC either not on the Macs or just alot harder to find, or not as quick to use. I'm not saying that OS X is bad, I just like my dell better :)
