So Right Standard Tuning

Quick question. On the tab, the third chord in the intro is shown as an xxx23x Dsus instead of a xxx22x like everywhere else in the song. It's not a huge difference but it's easier to play it without the Dsus chord. Is it meant that way or is it just a typo like when the 4h6 part used to read 3h6? :D

it should just be 22 h 43 not 23 h 43

Also, while I'm on it, the third to last chord in the outro, same tab, has a 2x5xxx, 3x5xxx, 5x7xxx progression. Shouldn't that first chord be 2x4xxx (F#) instead of... I don't even know what an F# and a G form...
