I guess someone had a sign tonight that said "Stand Up Sucks, Play Your Good Stuff" Security took it from him during Bayou

As ballsy and awesome as that is, I'd be pretty pissed too if I was in DMB. I probably would have done the same thing. That's pretty funny though :lol:

that's awesome. we should hand sign like that out at the door and have a bunch of people hold em up throughout the concert. maybe they'll get that hint.

I think it's out of line at a concert. If you think SU sucks, fine, but you don't have to parade it. I think it's really childish and immature, and it will only make the band want to play SU songs more.

honestly whats the problem with bayou besides it being played too much.. i bet any one of u would enjoy it if u were actually at the show. haha i talk shit about stay but when i have to listen to it at a show i actually enjoy it. getting caught up in a show im sure everyone enjoys themselves no matter whats playing unless it really is a god awful setlist.

that's more or less true for me, but it isn't for everyone - i don't love bayou, but i like it and it's kinda fun live - others here will tell you the exact opposite, so i wouldn't say "everyone enjoys themselves no matter what"

its what dmb wants to play. you are going to watch them play. its not right that someone is telling them what to play. like dave said on the RC DVD, who said i was gonna play. i came to play what i want (or something to that extent) it's just flat out rude.

dude's been playing a lot of the same songs for 15 years. I can just see him before a show making up the set list

What is the big deal with holding up a sign like that? It's hilarious and needed to be done. But it can only be done once. If anybody does it again the band is just going to get pissed and feel like failures.
