Someone wanted Clapton songs and no one mentioned "Wonderful Tonight."
Thanks for the reminder... :D
Anyone reading this who isn't really into EC, I STRONGLY suggest picking up the 2002 DVD "One More Car, One More Rider". Even if you don't like Clapton, you have to at least appreciate his guitar wizardry :D
yeah Clapton kicks ass. One of those few players that got famous without ever being sell-out. I love the unplugged stuff. He's a great live player IMO.

By the way, welcome to the boards. It's cool to have some more ppl from other courtries here

i think wonderful tonight was mentioned, and yes clapton is fuckin amazing...though his new stuff isn't great. i just borrowed pilgrim and its dissapointing.

how is two step good? it has no love in the lyrics. unless your girl likes the rythym.

Say, my love, I came to you with best intentions
You laid down and gave to me just what I'm seeking
Say, love, you drive me to distraction

Oh, how long do you believe that we might last a thousand years
Or more if not for this,
Our flesh and blood
It ties you and me right up
Tie me down, ah well,

i actually think this whole song is about love, just a giant metaphor or something like that
I can't believe that we would lie in our graves,
dreaming of things we might have been.
