what are some easy songs too play with two guitars

me and my friend are looking for some good songs to play with two acoustics. none of us are good at lead either.
the type of music we listen to mainly is like dmb, grateful dead, u2, stuff like that. We are open for some oldies too though, just pretty much anything that sounds cool.

Tom Petty. Free Fallin. Sounds good, and extremely easy. You'll both need a capo though.

what about Outside of Staind. power and open chords for the rhythm guitar and some easy picking stuff for the lead. It's such a simple song but I love to play and sing it nonetheless.
