checkii wrote:It's cool to hate on Chosta, I get it. But the prejudice that people take into his posts makes people so stupid it's hilarious to read. I take every gif I watch (which is A LOT) with a humongous grain of salt. But I don't let that grain of salt get into my eye and blind me to whatever truth can be found in what I'm watching. He is not any worse than any other poster here, and the people who claim he is just don't know what they're talking about. The demonization has gotten ridiculously out of hand.

decent...there are a lot of things that bothered me:
the first one of dave and timmy. timmy looks like freakin' ernest.
he sometimes makes the top of dave's head way too big. it looks like a plateau that you could land on. see "in too deep" and "a twisted smile"
on "no use in hiding" dave's eyes are off from each other. one's lower than the other, and it's a bit funny.
the use of blue on boyd isn't very characteristic. too mellow, and his face looks like a puma's or something.
the proportions of the guitar sometimes are way off...in "celebrate we will" it looks like he has a ukelele, and the guitar themselves are drawn crappily. it's not too hard to get them right, but look at the soundhole on tim's guitar and how squashed and off center it is. there's not much symmetry involved and it bothers me when, for the most part, the rest of the picture is pretty realistic.
so yeah...they're all right. i would never pay for them. maybe use them for a bit for my computer wallpaper, but that's about it.
the only decent one is "fade to nothing" because there isn't much there to critique, which could be the artist's way of hiding some of his problems, but what he was going for worked well in that case.
