Recently Guitar Jam

Anyone know the chord that Dave strums in the Recently jam at Weekend on the Rocks. It's right before the whole band digs in after each instrument doin' their own thang. I can't figure it out..
Any help would be appreciated. Jam away!

what about the part before that. after who are we. goin away goin away goin away....then the guitar jam. then after butch taylor the part your talking about. do you kno wwhat i mean. you can hear around 4:20. thanks
