Out of my hands piano tab

So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

since tabs aren't written for the piano, you're out of luck. what you can do is read the guitar tab and then transpose it to piano. all you would have to do is look at the string its on and count up in half steps until you get to the corresponding number. so for the intro, it's on the G string, you'll count up 2 half steps which leads you to an A. The whole song is centered around that A note. You can play the rest by ear or translate the rest of the tab. Either way, you're money. Have fun!

Lemme help you out. I can't really put sheet music up here, so I'll just give you the notes (these aren't chords, just single notes).

Intro/Fill:
Play A for each quarter not.

Verse:
C bass note, D bass note, A bass note (repeat)

Chorus:
E + Db...A, D + D...A, A A

It's really simply. I'm typing this up by memory without having keys in front of me, so it might not be entirely accurate.

remember that the repeating A is on the upbeat, too. (and to be ultra picky, it's a C#, not a Db)

Checked the site. Only DM tune up there is Crash. Nobody in the piano world loves Dave...Too bad they haven't released Steady As We Go.

Uhhhhhh, I think it's because piano tabs are pointless. If you play piano, you should have at least some idea how to read music.

Goes without saying. If it's piano music, put it in standard notation, not as a tab...
