Planet Waves Strap
I'm looking for one. Can't find em at any shops around here. If anyone has one of the wide leather ones, no suede, 2.5"-3" and could tell me where they got it, I'd be in heaven. I'm using some ghetto guitar center strap that's falling apart.

I looked at yours, I liked it. Do you have a link to it? Also, does it hold your bass rather high? I can't stand it below my belt. Ergonomics, I guess.street fish wrote:You should also check Levy's Leathers. I have one, its either 3 or 3-1/2" wide, black leather, padded. Looks just like what Stefan uses, only without the goofy brown/orange oval logo.

It will look the same, but I can say this Levy's leather strap is the most comfortable I've used. It is a little stiff at first. It takes a few hours to start to break it in, but then it starts to soften up and fit itself to your shoulder. And if you have a heavy bass, you need a good wide, padded strap.Beauford33 wrote: any black strap will look the same
I haven't been able to find a link to the one I have. I got mine at a local music store. I can't even find it on the Levy's site (I'm sure its there, I just didn't dig far enough).
