Sounds like you're hitting your open low E string in it too much and it's kind of dominating the sound, I think anyway. Maybe something to think about.

yeah, you might have that right matty, sounds a little rough, maybe a little slow but youve got the idea down and can play it, just gotta work out the kinks and perfect it I guess

aside from what matty said...cause i agree w/ him, i think you did a pretty decent job. nothing horrible about it, just needs to be a little perfected is all.

Try my way of perfecting things. Slow the whole song down to about 50%. From there, absolutely perfect it. Then from there, speed it up about 10% each time until you got it perfected all the way to full speed. It may take a while but youll sound real awsome. It helps if you have a metronome

i have a habit of playing stuff fast sometimes so that should help. my guitar is also really "bass-y", and with the shittry recorder i used it probably drowned out my higher strings. anyway thanks for the reviews, i'll put up everlong and hotel california today

Not bad overall, you might just want to be careful of what strings you're hitting with the pick on certain chords... especially on the end of the chorus. Remember, it's not always necessary to strum all of the strings each time you play a chord. Bling bling.
