No...you will be tuning DOWN the E string until it sounds like the low D string but it will be an octive lower. But in the end i had to go to my local guitar shop and ask the dude( who was very helpful) But now i have a much better idea of what to do for the future. Thanks again.
Just while im here, im buying a new guitar at christmas time. The guy in the shop recommended a tanglewood. Are these generaly know as good guitars?
