Ya, it's not what I was expecting from them so my head is starting to get around that. The thing is it does not suck so I'm starting to enjoy it more.

The only thing I'm not digging is the intro, I think it could of been handled better. I'm guessing it's part of a segue from the song before it. The thing that's really pissing me off about the intro is that I'm pretty sure the string are not real.

Dave's voice sounds MUCH better than SU.

Second time through and I'm encouraged. God it's good to have Tim back in the mix of things.
Do I listen to pop music because I'm miserable or am I miserable because I listen to pop music?

I really like what Tim is adding obviously, he should never be allowed to not be in the studio with this band

Ya, he's 50% of the reason BTCS sounded so full, all his little things. The guy really knows how to take something to the next level.

It's the little documentary, did you see the trailer they put up for the album?

Yeah, I'll definitely be picking that up. I am excited/anxious/nervous to hear the single.

Let me ask you guys this: If the rest of the album is at least as good as the single, will you be pleased?

I'm betting majority of the album is nothing like the single so I don't know. I'm satisfied as of now I guess.

Just listened like 3 times through to get the lyrics, defintely like it after that many times through.
Lying In the park on a beautiful day
Sunshine in the grass and the children pay
Sirens pass and fire engine red
Some ones house is burning down on a day like this
And evening comes and were hanging out
On the front step and a car goes by with the windows rolled down
And that War song is playing “Why Can’t We Be Friends”
Someone is screaming and crying in the apartment upstairs

Funny the way it is, if you think about it
Somebody’s going hungry and someone else is eating out
Funny the way it is, not right or wrong
Somebody’s heart is broken and it becomes your favorite song

The way your mouth feels in your lovers kiss
Like a pretty bird on a breeze or water to a fish
A bomb blast brings a building crashing to the floor
Hear the laughter while the children play war

Funny the way it is if you think about it
One kid walks ten miles to school another’s dropping out
Funny the way it is, not right or wrong
On a soldiers last breath his baby’s being born

Standing on a bridge
Watch the water passing underneath
It must’ve been much harder when there was no bridge just water
Now the world is small
Remember how it used to be
With mountains and oceans and winters and rivers and stars

Across the sky on a jet plane
So far out of my reach
Is there someone up there looking down on me
A boy takes a bird
So close but every time

He’ll never catch her but he can’t stop trying

Funny the way it is, if you think about it
One kid walks ten miles to school another’s dropping out
Funny the way it is, not right or wrong
On a soldiers last breath his baby’s being born
Funny the way it is, not right or wrong
Somebody’s broken heart, becomes your favorite song
Funny the way it is (funny the way it is) if you think about it
One kid walks ten miles to school another’s dropping out

Standing on a bridge
Watch the water passing underneath
It must’ve been much harder when there was no bridge just water
Now the world is small
Remember how it used to be
With mountains and oceans and winters and rivers and stars
Not positive about the italicized portion but everything else is right.
Love the heartbreak/favorite song line.
The "when there was no bridge just water" had a "I'd dig my way to China..." feel but not nearly as bad, I like it.

I guess so, I really just want something that I can enjoy. It doesnt have to be on par with BTCS or anything, those days are long gone.
