is there a way to tune your guitar or use a capo to do this?

No not really , well you could put a capo at the 7th fret so it only covers E A D G B and leave the high E string open , but it would make things very difficult :)

There is however standard tabs out there that are just great :) Here is the official one Jared did for this site Some Devil :)
