the original was pretty cool, the vocals lost a little pitch on the higher notes though. did you record with different mics or something? because the quality and tone of the guitar changed a whole bunch
the second song was played and sung very well, but there was this annoying buzz the whole time that began when the recording of the vocals started
the third one was probably the best. a very subtle and pretty guitar is something that enjoy quite thoroughly

your voice was very good on this one. your voice sounds very natural in that langauge. and if you dont know already, i usually prefer music that has no lyrics or is in a foreign langauge (that way i can concentrate on melody rather than words), so singing this one was definitely a bonus

I really liked the original. the funky verse part makes it awesome. and the different kinds of effects on the vocals makes it even more funky. It was not monotonous at all, very different parts, which is great.
The Existentialism on Prom Night is very well done in my opinion. I didn't know the original song till I listened to this, so I cannot refer to it. You're really good on piano. I play a little myself but have never taken lessons though. So I kind of know what it takes to play like that... hmm
Nicely done overall. Keep up that good work.
In Liebe

I listened to the original song, and here is where I thought. First of all, I thought the song was descent but I have a few points of constructive criticism. Your voice has a nice tone and remained on key for the most part, but went off every once and a while. Also the verse riff seemed to lack rythym. Furthermore the recording sounded like it was pieced together strangely (I wonder how you recorded it?). Overall I think the song has potential.

Yeah -- I realized this and did some touchups to the recording, as well as a new voicepart which is now more on key...perhaps I should upload that one...

prolly not the best critic here since i'm new, but i'll give it a try.
i really liked "silent release". verse kinda reminded me of violent femmes. as with alot of recordings here, it's hard to hear the guitar behind the vocals.
chorus was a nice change up. kinda pitchy (hehe i got that word from american idol) at times as fatjack posted. prolly would also work well sung a little mellower too.
also great job on the two covers. i really like your voice.
