So you're amazed as to how Dave's rhythm guitar slaps and strums so "perfectly"...but you can't. Ask all things about Dave and his guitars here.

Everyday question

Unread post by adrianosr » Wed Oct 29, 2003 9:53 am

Hi! I hear a live performance of everyday and Dave ended it singing something I couldn't understand, but sounded great. I only catched the words "...come and dance with me". Everybody was singing along, so, I guess there must be someone here that can help me.

i believe what you are referring to is an exerpt from #36:

Hani, Hani, come dance for me

he does this alot in Everyday because Everyday and #36 sound similar

He originally used Hani, Hani for some political figure from Africa whose last name was Hani (his first was Chris maybe?). Then I believe he changed it to Honey, Honey.
