anyone know any good exercises (please no beginner ones) to improve speed and such? also any unusual scales would be appreciated. i seem to have hit a wall with speed...

do you have the exercise out of Guitar World (I think it was at least) that someone on the boards was e-mail to everyone a while back. Its supposed to help, I dont have it in my inbox anymore cuz I printed a sheet off but Im sure someone here still has it and could send it to you. Anyone?
