It's hard because I do not know how to tune a guitar. My tuner is a good friend who is teaching me the ways of it. I call him over every now and again to tune it for me. I do not know the first thing about tuning. It's usually easier to find standard tuning tabs for a song than it is to tune the guitar....

I got ya' covered man...well at least with my/Tim Reynolds style...
you can tune to drop D right? If not, just hit your D string and tune your low E down to match the D pitch at the higher octave...when they sound alike...(depends on the guitar, but I would say about a half turn or so of the low E tuner)...
well...
e:---------------------------------------------------
B:---------------------------------------------------
G:-------2--------3-------4------5-------7--------
D:-------x--------x-------x------x-------x--------
A:-------5--------5-------5------5-------5--------
D:----0-------0-------0-------0-------0-----------
...obviously you will play each set through the 3 times...
if you are interested in the rest, or have questions, just let me know

Get an real tuner. I got one before i got the guitar. you can be the greatest guitarist in the world, but if your guitar is out, everyone will know it, including that little pipsqueek that makes faces as you play...i hate that guylzldmb wrote:It's hard because I do not know how to tune a guitar.
