Digging a ditch intro

on the busted stuff version of digging a ditch at the 0:06 and at the 0:13 mark dave does something like a bend but i cant tab it out does anyone know what this is?

stephan, there is a tab for the country bottleneck slide part, i dont know where. some one will have it, did you search?
