Unread post by castellar » Tue Apr 04, 2006 12:42 am

I have heard great things about the breedlove AD series guitars, but i have not heard anything about the AC series. I was look at the ac25 in particular. I was just curious to see why this series isnt talked about or reviewed in the board. Has anyone heard or played one? Heres a link:

im not sure what series i played at guitar center but it was sweet. some random guy who was there was playing the classic guitars and said he had been playing for 25 years and had a breedlove and loved it. im looking at upgrading pretty soon too i def will consider breedlove.

Breedloves are too heavy for me. At least the ones I've played.

Yea i was just looking at that too. It looks pretty interesting. I have never played one of these, so I cant really say anything. But I have heard alot of people talking about them, and I hope I get the chance to play one soon.

I played one at guitar center when I was searching for my new guitar. I absolutely hated it. They claim that bracing system extends the string vibrations to the back of the guitar or something, but I thought it made it sound like a toy, especially for the price.

See, that's why you need to just try a guitar out for yourself and see, because I thought the exact opposite, lol. You might like it or you might hate it...

Thats my thought too. Although I haven't played the more expensive models in a while, but the AD series that I have played are always very heavy.

Based on your posts I think you and I share very similar viewpoints on a broad variety of subject matter
