has anyone ever used one? its really thick.. i mean about .35cm (not mm) ... it kind of makes the sound more mellow... just sounds interesting to me.. sounds pretty good some times :)

i think it sounds pretty good, the notes dont stand out as much, they all blend better. its kinda hard to explain.
