New DMB Album anyone nervous?
What is that song they play at the beginning of the first video on the studio website? It's electric and doesn't even sound like Dave singing. I hope we don't get another "Everyday" album

Nervous?
BTW, Everyday wasn't that bad. Hell, Fool to think & So right make that album worth buying. Also, What you are, Everyday, WTWE aren't so bad either.

i loved all those songs and still don't understand all of the Everday bashing. Its my favorite DMB album to drive to. nice and mellow.jellyfish wrote:Nervous?

But I am scared that bringing n some guy who's known for work with all these hip hopperws is gonns ruin it.
They have the foundations with joyride, sugar will, and hello again to have another Crash or BTCS. Lets see if this guys blows it.

i think this album will be more mature like BTCS and very much different from Everyday.MWR wrote:I stopped being nervous after the Lillywhite Sessions.
As far as production goes, anyone is better than Steve Harris. He really sucked festering goat cock.
And everyday was good.
Busted Stuff i think was.. rushed. And outside forces should have been brought in to nudge the creative process and inspire like in BTCS (the string quintet or whatever, and bela, and tim and alanis)....
this album is gonna be good. the african wail and little thing after it renewed my faith.
" I give up on this six string shit. "

Me too man. I love that. It makes a great feel for that part. Then it goes to a groovy drum grooveSort Of A Protest Song wrote:The eerie African wail/chant that fades in as Mark is talking about Dave in the part 2 video gives me goosebumps for some reason.
