It is in NTSC format . It says PAL but it's not.

Just a heads up...the Van Riper's on this DVD is MPEG sourced, NOT 1st generation VHS as was stated in the first post of this thread.

Yeah, I just watched it. C to C- quality.
But the others on the DVD make it worth while.
