Does Tim play on Busted Stuff?
Does tim play the main guitar parts on busted stuff? This has been bugging me for a little while now. I know he played a lot of the parts on the crash album. Even though I do not remember hearing anything about it, this is why I ask. If you listen carefully to the album, the guitar parts are played different than what is on this site. What is on this site is exactly how dave plays it live. For example, the song Big Eyed Fish, when dave plays it live, he just strums the lower strings to a simple rhythm, thats all this site shows and that is all I have seen. However when you are listening to Big Eyed Fish on busted stuff, there is a lot of picking on various notes within those chords. This is something Tim likes to do so I was thinking maybe it was him. Of course its possible dave hates trying to think about picking certain notes while singing, so he could have done them seperately while recording and then just switched to straight stumming while performing live. Also some of the chords on the album don't sound like the dave style chord. It will be the same chord, but where dave would play it with the lower 4 strings and probably no open strings, you get some of those overtones the higher strings produce. Any thoughts or answers to this? I really have had none, but was just noting some thoughts I have come across.

And in case you were wondering, stefan plays the piano on WAYG, and Steve Harris plays the keyboards on YNK.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away
