ISO: Cover Music Without Vocals

I've been to a few shows where people have covered different songs by playing guitar and singing, but using a CD player to play the other instruments. Do you guys know of any resources to get this? Basically existing music without vocals. I know there are devices to take away unwanted vocals and such, but those cost money and time.
