I got this >
Got this Friday. I went to Guitar Center and have been looking at this guitar for about 2 months now, played the righty model they had at GC, and put in my order for a lefty model which should be here by Thursday. I can't wait, such a sweet guitar. Paid $600 for it. List goes for $899. Very happy.

trey's guitar tech, Paul Languadoc, built all of his electrics.

congrats, looks awesome...i was gonna say, it bares a striking resemblance cause I was high as fuck last night and watched a documentary on theior last show and remembered the guitar when I read this, still pretty high...oh well, rock on manDancing Ants wrote:Yes, it's a Schecter C/SH1. Semi hollowbody. Trey's guitar is a full hollowbody, with a tailpiece and less in the way of electronics. I liked this alot, so I got it. It's being set up tomorrow.
So you said your a lefty guitarist? Im left handed and play right handed. Learning right as a lefty isnt that hard. I think its better that way cause it makes it easier to buy new guitars and play around with friends guitars too. Some stores have leftys but others you have to order them and i like to walk out of the store with the guitar and not have to wait for it cause you dont really know if the guitar they bring in will be right. Every guitar is different. Even if they are the same make and model you could play one and love it and play another and hate it.

kcw, while you're right alot there, if they are the same brand, just different hand models, they aren't going to be *so* different as to make me not want one because it isn't the exact one I played at the store. Besides, the one at the store was pretty well "played"..ie, the neck was worn, kind dinged here and there.
