http://www.kronbauerguitars.com

It's some small luthier up in Canadia
There's one on ebay I've been looking at for awhile. His prices are in th 1k - 3k range but that doesn't mean they're good necessarily.

the gallery seems to have a decent selection of pictures displaying his different woods and his backs. The koa models dont look bad at all, but i am always weary of these small "one man shows"

Would you be crazy enough to throw down 300 on ebay just to try one? I think I might just be............but I am dumping 3 electrics so I have some cash to spare. I really need to upgrade my acoustic it's only an old yamaha fg200 which actually has nice bass but i'm looking for a sound like pat mcinnis' takamine...eg?315?
