For all who say you cant Hear Dave on #41 (Crash)
I have a version of 41police (first version ever!) and Dave is playing what you hear on Crash. The first guitar part. I know its not Timmy because he wasnt a guest in this concert (4-7-95) Eat that mother bitches.

well, if ur aware of dave on the CD but the one u hear more is tim on his saweeet les paul (hoping) then its tim on crash, also if u read "step into the light" but morgan delancy wich i recomended anyone to read, it says tims played on all the albums except busted and maybe everyday. also in the crash CD cover it thanks tim as a very special guest....
also the main riff on the crash version of#41 is not like a dave riff, more timmish

yeah, so? He was a guest. Does it mean he did everything louder then Dave? Not all songs Have Dave in the background. Besides, if you notice on some of the songs, Dave a electric affect on his Chet.filmdude100cms wrote:well, if ur aware of dave on the CD but the one u hear more is tim on his saweeet les paul (hoping) then its tim on crash, also if u read "step into the light" but morgan delancy wich i recomended anyone to read, it says tims played on all the albums except busted and maybe everyday. also in the crash CD cover it thanks tim as a very special guest....also the main riff on the crash version of#41 is not like a dave riff, more timmish

I wouldn't call most of what you said (above) "knowing" either. More speculation than anything...filmdude100cms wrote:wow, i know way too much

i have given Filmdude the audio and he agrees that Dave made up that line (first time ever played). He plays the saem riff as on crash...exact same riff. Tim is not present at the concert. Looked at a few concert sties and all agree he wasnt there. Dave could have had an effect on his Chet. I have a overdrive effect on my chet and it gives you a clean electric sound. Besides, if it is him in the background, its still an electric guitar/effect. Hit me up on AIM so I can give you the clip and prove you wrong.winglet82 wrote:Dave did not play electric on any of the first two albums. That guitar line was CLEARLY an electric (not a chet through an electric amp) and was played way too cleanly for it to be dave.
