Crappy quality of Hmmm?/Thing!

Is it just me or does the sound quality of this mp3 suck balls? I mean it has those wierd squeaky distorted sounds you get when u get a corrupted file on KaZaA, but over top of the actual song! If anyone has a good version, could you tell me where you got it from?!
