I am pretty sure its some d chord, either a standard Dm chord, or possibly this chord:

-x-
-3-
-2-
-0-
-0-
-0-

with dropped d tuning, its ok to hit the open e string

i am pretty sure of this chord, not the Dm, but could be wrong. he does the same thing on storytellers
I can't believe that we would lie in our graves wondering if we had spent our living days well, and I can't believe that we would lie in our graves dreaming of things that we might have been...
