no it's not, he doesn't say who 1940-1992 belongs to. "Mister Vertigo" is what "Mikey Carson" wants to be when he grows up.

I asked this a bit ago, and the response i got was mister vertigo lived from 1940-1992, so that is what i'm sticking with
