me and my brother are planing on going to a DMB concert in August. it'll be our first Dave matthews concert and we would LOVE to be able to get decent seats but we're not exactly sure how. the venue's website lists only 2 types of tickets: Lawn and Reserved for $38 and $56.
so is where you get seats up to the venue? can you pay more money to get better ones or are you just left to the mercy of the ticketmaster guys?

Reserved seating is any placement other than General Admission(Lawn)
You could have reserved seating and still be way in the back.
Basically, just because it says reserved doesn't guarantee you a great seat.
If you have the extra money try a ticket broker such as webtickets.com to guarantee a decent seat. Good Luck

yeah I personally would never, ever buy from a ticket broker because:
1. I'm cheap
2. I don't see how it is worth it to pay more than like $75 to see any band.
There are so many other things that I would rather spend my money on, but I guess there are plenty of people who don't mind spending ridiculous amounts of their money (or their parents' money) on concert tickets.

I know but they are 95$ but its guaranteed. With Ticketmaster you better be ready for some quick redialing or slow internet if you are going to go that route. Good Luck

I couldn't think of something better to spend my money on.
I love Live music -- especially DMB.
Think about it.. I will remember that show for years to come.
And my parents, although IM 28 have never paid for any of my concert tickets. But my mom did get me a Guitar signed by all members of the band. (750$)
