Can anyone help me Tab out My Band's songs?? (songs inside).

I was in a band and the lead singer/guitar player died of Leukemia. I am just starting guitar and want to know how to play them.

Thank you. If anyone can help tab these out I would appreciate it so much. I want to learn them on guitar. I really miss the singer/guitar player and playing with him. Anyway--- here are two more
