I couldn't agree more (about UI). The Kohl Center is a pretty decent venue though. I saw Vote For Change there and it was pretty much like any other indoor arena. And are you sure it's dry? I could've swore we got beers there. The Dreaming Tree wrote:I cant believe they are playing there and not hitting Rosemont instead. What a shitty venue choice. Maybe I will check out the Kohl Center in Madison instead. It will still be dry though, and its still just a big basketball stadium.
I hope they add an Allstate show, too. I'd like to catch an(other) show there. It's kind of like a winter tour staple, really. Madison is cool for me though, so if there isn't a Rosemont show I'll live, but I'm definitly skipping Champaign.dmbandummer wrote:There's speculation that more dates will be announced.
I'm hoping that they fill that gap between 11/30 in Champaign and 12/3 in Detroit with a 12/2 somewhere in Chicago.
Allstate Arena is a better venue than the United Center IMO.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

What are the odds they will cancel a show?
Like the one canadian show again, bad weather, anything?

I just assumed the Kohl center is dry because it is a college basketball stadium like Assembly Hall.littlefriend420 wrote:I couldn't agree more (about UI). Yeah, there were some really nasty days during the last D&T tour. Ice storms, blizzards and just all around damn cold weather. Didn't stop them at all. (ie: Kenosha and Purdue, to my recollection)jellyfish wrote:unlikely.carter29 wrote:What are the odds they will cancel a show?

I think the only way they would cancel it, is if they (DMB and/or crew) couldn't make it. Of course, that goes without saying.

Yeah, that weather for the Kenosha show was brutal. It was like 25 degress and sleeting/raining/freezing raining on us. Just a nightmare, weatherwise.dmbandummer wrote:Yeah, there were some really nasty days during the last D&T tour. Ice storms, blizzards and just all around damn cold weather. Didn't stop them at all.
