With some of the bands that are in the HOF it would be a shame if DMB didn't make it.

I think they're albums sales and touring numbers have to get them in, eventually at least.

they were one of the biggest draws, ever. had a couple of hits, sold a few hundo mill albums (guessing), boot legs galore, a rabid fan base, etc

The Grateful Dead are in the HOF, I think it's feasible that DMB would get in too. Definitely not a lock though

dont really know how the RNR hall of fame goes but doesnt it matter who else is on the ballot with them? and what r the rules for when a band can make its first ballot appearance? off topic but i thought id share...i was on a website that had a list of the top 100 rock bands of all time, coldplay and the black eyed peas were on it and DMB wasnt. im sorry but i think thats the most absurd and ridiculous thing that ive ever seen relating to music in my life

25 years after their first studio album. Which is why I stated if they'd be a first ballot inductee in ten years, UTTAD came out in 94.
