i really liked this song, btw. i've never heard the damien rice version so i'll just assume this one is better.

well you assume incorrectly...damien and lisa hannigan have some of the best harmonies I've ever heard...so its nearly impossible to replicate, BUT, these guys did do a decent job

God I love this song. Good job Eric and Whitney. I already knew you had a very good voice whit, but I got surprised by Eric. Good stuff. Gonna try and learn this on the piano when I get back to my apartment.

very nice... those vocal harmonies those two (damien and lisa) do are absolutely incredible... you definatley approached them.

I liked how the guitar was taken off the foreground of the recording, but I think that the song is more of a vocal showcase than anything else... it may have just been the F'ed up EQ on my brother's speakers, but I think you would do well to pull the guitar back even more and maybe even reverb the vocals into a dreamy kind of deal - just my .02

its really good though - i'm just trying to give you suggestions on how to make it even better

I used to reverb the fuck out of everything I did, I guess I was trying to hide my voice because I didn't think it was good enough. I liked the rawness of just the straight vocals on this one so I didn't really touch it, just turned up Whit's vocals on some spots. Thanks for listening though
