I don't want to start anything, but how is it any different than the stream?

Is it becaue people will try to sell it or something?

streaming you can only listen to it. Its not on your hard disk where you can record it onto disk

ya i and alot of other ppl. where like "it's a stream, why should it matter.." Anyway, can't wait to hear this shit in 5.1, i hope some of the stuff sounds better mixed. For instance, the electric guitar in die trying should be a hella alot louder...

The stream was encoded in a Janus DRM wrapper (Digital Rights Management) with specific instructions that it could not be transferred to any mobile device, could not be recorded, and could not be played after May 4th. Circumventing a DRM is illegal per the DMCA, and yes, both the ripper AND anyone who reposted it can go to PRISON.

Look, we've been around for quite a while, and apparently some people take us for idiots. I'm not a Nazi moderator, as most of you know, but I have to employ CYA (Cover Your Ass). Were I to have left that up, Jared and I would have been sued by the RIAA, Red Light Management, and the Dave Matthews Band. It's that simple. Multiple warnings were given, they were ignored, and the issue was dealt with.
