Changing stuff and making it your own helps you develop your own style. Hence I play differently than my dad, and so on and so forth. It's just a natural habit.

When I forget the words to a song. I make up all kinds of random junk that fits into the context of the song. WTWE is a good one for that, especially if you use the "just beginning" outro.
Forget about the reasons and the treasons we are seeking
Forget about the notion that our emotions can be swept away, kept at bay
Forget about being guilty, we are innocent instead
For soon we will all find our lives swept away
