damn... make sure youre pressing down close to the actual fret bar (or what ever theyre called) on the sound hole side

I concluded that i must have low action... or maybe that my fret board is a little crooked. it seems to only happen on the lower toned strings....

hm...i think the safest route would be to take it to a shop, since it doesn't seem you have experience with it too much. let them know about what's going on, what you think might be causing it, and ask them if they wouldn't mind just taking a look and seeing how much it might cost.
