I did the Ziricote one two nights ago (took about and hour because I had to make the whole transparent stencil and I didn't read any tutorials

)
and I did the cocobolo one last night in about 15 min...
I am just trying to get somewhat proficient at it...

Laughter come on downtown window
And we see faces walking back
Tonight everybody gonna remember
Remember in time...

I used Adobe Photoshop (free trial) to make mock-up pics of a Taylor headstock with different woods and features...I just had fun...thought it looked real...and thought I would share...

i like it a lot, actually. still learning it, though. these programs take forever to get the hang of, then longer to become proficient with. XSI is gonna get up there pretty soon...it's "relatively" easy to use. got convinced to mess with the free version because of all the people switching to XSI, including the makers of half-life 2.

ILM's also using it a lot, lately, so all in all i went for it.
plus, they guys who made Spirited Away (Studio Ghibli) are using it for upcoming projects...which'll be amazing.
konami's (metal gear solid) standardizing it for all of their future products...etc etc. so many companies are switching over, which'll be good to learn if i'm gonna pursue the career.
