Random movie quote to make you seem hip and "with it": As long as there's, you know, sex and drugs, I can do without the rock and roll.

Tough to say, harps dont last forever, fifteen years is a long time. I would get a new one for 20 bucks. That being said bending notes is hard, the best tip i ever got was start on the 4 hole draw note of a c harmonica, its very easy to bend. suck in air and as you do, tilt the harmonica upwards, you should hears the note bend a little. The way i bend notes is dropping my jaw while inhaling but keeping my lips tight arround the harmonica. this creates a bigger cavity inside the mouth and also draws air from lower in the mouth than normal. this should bend the note. Its very hard to explain in words, listen to a recording of someone bending an note and try and mimick it. Sometimes the brain will find a way to do things without you knowing what youre doing. A good song to start with is "the river" by bruce springsteen, the opening note of that harmonica intro is a great bent note.
Do I listen to pop music because I'm miserable or am I miserable because I listen to pop music?
